2. Using this website
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, submit malicious code, misuse forms or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
We may update, suspend or withdraw website features where reasonably necessary. We will take reasonable care to keep the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, branding, audio, downloads, graphics and other content belong to Hannah Crawford Coaching or the relevant rights holder.
You may use free resources for your own personal or business development. You must not resell, republish, distribute, reproduce or commercially exploit them as standalone products without written permission.
Purchasing The Sanctuary gives you personal access to its content, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You must not redistribute its recordings or share the private podcast feed with others.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. The quiz and free resources
The quiz, Discover Your Biggest Business Block, is a reflection tool about business behaviour. Its result is intended to prompt thought and discussion. It is not a diagnosis, clinical assessment or definitive judgement about you.
The free audio, PDF and other resources are educational. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for decisions about your business and for considering your own circumstances when using these materials.
5. Coaching and professional boundaries
Hannah Crawford Coaching provides trauma-informed and neurodivergence-informed business coaching.
Coaching may include discussion of emotions, beliefs, experiences, behaviour and business strategy. It is not therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical treatment, and does not replace appropriate health or mental health support.
Coaching is not legal, accounting, investment or financial advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where you need specialist advice.
We do not promise a particular income, profit, number of clients, working-hours reduction or business outcome. Results depend on individual circumstances, decisions, market conditions and other factors.
6. Testimonials and case studies
Testimonials and case studies describe individual client experiences. They are published with the relevant clients’ agreement.
They are provided as examples of what particular clients experienced, not as guarantees or promises of typical results. Your results may differ.
7. External websites and services
This website may link to third-party services, including Instagram, Buzzsprout and Han With A Van. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites. This does not remove any legal responsibility we have for our own services.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care in preparing website content, but do not warrant that every item of general information is complete, current or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when you used the website.
If you buy a service or product, the relevant terms of sale and any signed coaching agreement also apply. Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. Our cookie notice explains how analytics cookies work and how to manage your preferences.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have under an existing contract.
11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
12. Contact
