1. Who you are buying from

Hannah Crawford Coaching is operated by Hannah Crawford.

The intended contracting entity is Thistle And Rose Arts Limited, company number 12486449, trading as Hannah Crawford Coaching, provided that this accurately reflects the arrangements for the service you purchase.

Prices are stated in pounds sterling. Thistle And Rose Arts Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. The price you see is the price you pay.

2. The Sanctuary: £47

What you receive

The Sanctuary is a one-off purchase providing lifetime access to twelve short coaching voice notes through a private podcast feed.

The notes cover:

• When someone says you’re “too much”.
• Doing something new and scared.
• Fear of rejection.
• Trying to do everything.
• Not knowing what to do next.
• Comparing yourself with others.
• Fear of being more visible.
• Making a mistake.
• Procrastination.
• Feeling unable to do something.
• Struggling to say no.
• Someone letting you down.

After successful payment, you will receive an invitation to access the private feed through Captivate.

The feed supports Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Castbox, Overcast and Podcast Addict. It is not available through Spotify.

What lifetime access means

Lifetime access means access for as long as the product is maintained and made available by Hannah Crawford Coaching, subject to these terms and any non-excludable legal rights.

It does not mean that the product must remain available for your entire lifetime regardless of circumstances. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will act fairly and comply with our legal obligations. We will not use this definition to remove your statutory rights.

Digital content and cancellation

The Sanctuary is digital content supplied online.

When you buy it, you normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period. However, if you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately and separately acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right when supply begins, the statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply begins, provided the legal requirements are met.

By making payment for The Sanctuary, you ask us to make the digital content available to you immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once supply begins. The checkout page and the payment page both say this before you pay.

If you do not provide the required consent and acknowledgement, we will not rely on immediate access to remove your cancellation right. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

Access problems

If your invitation does not arrive or you cannot access the feed, contact contact@hannahcrawford.org. We will take reasonable steps to resolve access issues.

Your statutory rights for digital content that does not conform to the contract are not excluded.

3. Single 90-minute coaching session: £295

Booking and payment

A single session lasts 90 minutes and is booked through TidyCal. Payment is required as shown during booking.

Sessions take place on Google Meet. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and can attend at the agreed time.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the session may be treated as used and no replacement session or discretionary refund is guaranteed.

If Hannah needs to reschedule, you may choose a replacement appointment or a refund for the affected session.

These arrangements do not override statutory consumer cancellation rights. If you exercise a statutory right to cancel, the applicable legal rules take priority.

Statutory cancellation rights

For a distance service contract, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the contract is made.

If you ask for the service to begin during that period, we will obtain your express request and provide the required information about any amount payable if you cancel after performance has started. If you cancel within the period after expressly requesting early performance, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where the law allows.

If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period, your right to cancel may end only where the required express request and acknowledgement have been obtained.

We will provide the required cancellation information with your booking confirmation.

The £295 credit

If you book the three-month coaching package within 90 days of the date of your single session, the full £295 paid for that session will be credited against the package price.

The credit is available once, for the person who purchased the session, and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It does not reduce the amount of the credit if you choose a payment plan.

4. Three-month 1:1 coaching package: £4,444

Application and acceptance

The coaching package begins with an application and a 30-minute chemistry call.

Applying commits you to nothing. Hannah reads each application and aims to reply within 48 hours. An application does not guarantee acceptance or a place.

If you both decide to proceed, you will receive an invoice and a coaching agreement. The coaching agreement must be signed before coaching begins.

What is included

The package includes:

• Six 90-minute coaching sessions, scheduled fortnightly over three months.
• WhatsApp support Monday to Thursday during working hours.
• A private Notion hub containing session recordings, notes, goals, milestones and resources.
• A VIP day where included under the selected payment option.

Sessions and chemistry calls take place on Google Meet.

Payment options

Choose one of the following:

• Pay in full: £4,444. The VIP day is included.
• Four instalments of £1,111: total £4,444. The VIP day is not included.
• Six instalments of £777: total £4,662. The additional £218 reflects processing fees. The VIP day is not included.

For payment plans, the first instalment is due when you sign the coaching agreement, and the rest are collected monthly by Direct Debit through GoCardless.

For payment-plan clients, the VIP day can be added for £999.

VIP day

For clients paying in full, the VIP day is included in the package. It is held in person anywhere on the UK mainland, or virtually elsewhere, and is shaped around the client’s business. It takes place within the three-month package on a date agreed by both of you. Hannah recommends holding it at the start of the package, but it can come later.

Clients on a payment plan can add the VIP day for £999. The date, location or virtual arrangement and practical details will be agreed with Hannah.

Governing agreement

The signed coaching agreement sets out the detailed arrangements, including payments, missed instalments, confidentiality, cancellations, recordings and data protection. It governs the coaching relationship if it conflicts with these general terms, subject always to mandatory law.

5. Statutory rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
